Please remember that this is a self-created, produced, and published deck. I am a one-woman shop. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
This store will not refund decks because a customer is unhappy with the photography or productions. It will not refund decks because the customer is unhappy using it in Oracle and Tarot readings. If you provide the wrong address, fail to claim your package, or simply have a "change of mind," this store will not refund your deck. Gift it to someone else if you'd like!
All packages come with a tracking number. If for some reason you did not receive the tracking number, the info will be forwarded to you upon request.
If there is a flaw with an order, such as a missing card/item in the order, or damage within the order not caused by the carrier, then contact me at email@example.com. Please be prepared to share photos. This helps correct the situation and address the printers.
To complete your return, I require proof of purchase and images of the damaged product. My policy on any damaged deck is 7 days from arrival/delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
On Readings - Please understand that time has been set aside for you. If you feel the need to cancel your appointment, I invite you to reschedule it instead because refunds are not given - not even in the case of an emergency.

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to the production process.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
Domestic Orders (United States)
All orders within the U.S. are shipped USPS, which depending upon location, takes 1-10 days. USPS does not guarantee this, and neither does Natural Enchantments Oracle. If your product has not arrived within the allotted timeframe, please allow 2-3 more business days to pass before connecting with me.
Lost or damaged items caused by USPS/Shipping/Freight companies are NOT the responsibility of Natural Enchantments Oracle or Jen Sharples. It is up to the customer to file a claim with USPS/Shipping/Freight company.
All orders are shipped USPS International. The time it takes to receive the package depends upon location. Customers are responsible for tracking their package, and for all customs, VAT, or handling fees upon arrival. Once the order is shipped, Natural Enchantments Oracle is not responsible for loss, damages, or delays.
Please note: Refunds will not be given for failure to claim package from customs. If orders are returned to sender then the customer must pay the shipping fees, and for customs.
